Multiple Winner Picker

Pick Several Unique Winners at Once

Choose the exact number of different winners you need and draw them all from one list in a single go.

Quick Setup

Paste the full list, enter the number of winners you need, then run one draw.

How to Use It

  1. 1. Add the full list

Paste the full list and remove accidental duplicates if the same person should only have one chance.

  2. 2. Set the winner count

Set how many winners you need. You cannot ask for more different winners than there are entries in the list.

  3. 3. Draw all winners

Run the draw and keep the order if first, second or reserve positions matter. If every winner is equal, you can simply use the names as one group.

Useful Features

Exact winner count

Choose the number of winners before the draw starts.

No duplicate winners

The same entry cannot take two winner places in the same draw.

Draw order

Keep the order in which the winners were selected.

Large-list friendly

Use the same simple setup for a short group or a much larger list.

When to Use It

Prize draws

Choose several winners from one prepared list.

More Useful Guidance

Choose the whole winner set in one draw

When you need several different winners, one draw is easier to follow than repeatedly picking one person and crossing names off by hand. Set the number of winners first and you will get that many different winners in order. Keep the order if first, second or third place matters.

Example: five prizes from 200 entries

Paste the 200 valid entries, check for unwanted duplicates and request five winners. Five different entries are picked in one draw. If every prize is the same, you can treat all five names equally. If the prizes are different, keep the order so the first name gets the first listed prize.

Make sure the requested count is possible

You cannot draw ten different winners from a list with only eight entries. Check the list size before you start, especially after removing duplicates or invalid entries. If the same person appears on more than one valid line, they can still have more than one chance, so prepare the list to match your rules.

Multiple winners vs giveaway winners

Use Multiple Winner Picker when you simply need several different winners in one go. Giveaway Winner Picker is better when you also need a separate list of backup winners. Random Name Picker can also return several names, but this page keeps the job focused on a multi-winner draw.

How the Result Is Chosen

Fair selection

Every entry starts with the same chance, and once an entry is picked it cannot take another place in the same draw.

Privacy

The list stays on the device while the winners are picked.

Common Questions

Can the same person win twice in one draw?

The same line cannot win twice in one draw. If the same person appears on two separate valid lines, those still count as two entries.

What if I ask for more winners than there are entries?

The tool will ask you to reduce the winner count before it can run the draw.

Are all entries treated equally?

Yes. Every entry on the list has the same chance.

How is this different from Giveaway Winner Picker?

Multiple Winner Picker is a general multi-pick tool. Giveaway Winner Picker also includes alternates and giveaway-specific controls.

Are the winners returned in an order?

Yes. Keep that order if prize positions matter, or ignore the order when every winner receives the same thing.

Can I use the draw order for different prizes?

Yes. Keep the order when first, second, third or other prize positions matter.
