Choose only the items you need
Use this when you only need part of a larger list. Choose how many items you want and whether the same item can come up more than once. It works well for study questions, quick checks, games or choosing a handful of tasks without shuffling the whole list.
Example: 10 questions from a bank of 100
Paste 100 questions, choose 10 results and turn repeats off. You will get 10 different questions. If repeats are allowed, the same question can come up more than once because it stays available after each pick.
Decide whether repeats are allowed first
Turn repeats off when every picked item should be different. Allow repeats when the same item can legitimately come up again. Decide that before you pick so you are not changing the rule after seeing the result.
